The Executive Secretary of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR), Ambassador João Samuel Caholo, today participated in the 1257th Emergency Ministerial Meeting of the African Union Peace and Security Council (AUPSC) on the situation in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), which was chaired by H.E.
